However I was looking over the bar and I looked down and I saw where they put the food for the waiters to pick up. I saw a big gigantic platter and I said
I make it a point to come whenever we come back to New Jersey, great food excellent service, and cachaca, and flan.. what else could you want..... p lease open a place in South West Florida!!! My wife and I came here in the 80's before we married, it's like a time capsule of all that is Good! We have even gotten our adult children on the band wagon, and though none of us live in the area, it still is and always will be the go to spot! Thank you Iberia!
The food is great, I had my usual surf and Turf. Fillet mignon with stuffed shrimp, the steak I ordered medium rare was beyond my expectations. Everything comes with a side of rice & steamed vegetables because you will be full. Plus you pay $10 for parking but as long as you eat here you get your $10 back, this is because the persons of downtown Newark pay to park here even if they aren't going to the restaurant. It's a fair trade. Give it a try you won't regret it
After my team and I walked the breast cancer walk to raise funds and awareness we refreshed and after a visit to different restaurant we (I) felt so disappointed I wanted to find what I was looking for. And I did when we all agreed on check out Iberia. The minute we sat down we were addressed and able to order our drinks.
We only came for drinks because we had eaten somewhere else as I said.
Food was nice. Good price for Rodizio. Service was okay; one of the servers was new and kept dropping the meat
Great pepper steak and potatoes. The shrimp was good as well. Really enjoyed the rice pudding for dessert! The service is attentive and friendly. Good spot to get dinner before a Devils game and the parking is quite convenient.
The photo is here. I forgot the name of it but I won't forget what it looks like or what it taste like. We had a great time, the sangria was fabulous and by the way, that's what I was looking for or what I wanted LOL!

"What is that?" I then followed it with my eyes as I said to my friend next to me "look look look" and she did and she wanted to know exactly what it was. We reached out to one of the waiters and they went and got the head waiter I believe or manager who came over and explained to us exactly what was in the dish. We liked it, we like the price, so we ordered it. And it was more than enough for all 6 of us! I even had a some to take home. It was delicious!
But totally disappointed in the whole service there.
