Walked out... My boyfriend and I waited a while to be acknowledged and taken to a table. We left after sitting for over 15 minutes and no one came to take our order.
Walked in a waited 10 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant. 15 minutes late we still had not been addressed by a wait staff. After several requests to be waited on still no action Got up and asked to speak to the manager and was advised they are very busy what do I want. I gave a brief explanation and was told someone will wait on me shortly. I told them not to bother I am leaving, and was told "Good". Service is none existent and the staff attitudes are far from customer friendly.
I would give them zero stars if I could. My wife and I had a couple beers here while waiting for our flight. The server was extremely rude and inattentive. I paid with my credit card, but left a cash tip on the table. When I looked at my credit card bill, I noticed that the server gave herself an $8 tip on my $22 bill (my bad for not zeroing the tip line on the receipt). Won’t ever be a customer there again!
I would put a lower score if possible. My server was horrible. Got my order wrong and he acted like it was my fault he screwed up. Do not come here if you are trying to get a quick bite to eat.
Worst service. Haven't seen my waiter...after 10 minutes someone else took my order. But there are tons of employees around and it's not crowded! There is "no coffee left". No coffee left at a restaurant in the airport at 11 in the morning. How does a restaurant run out of coffee? Thank goodness I have a lot of time before my flight. It's a chopped salad. How long can that take? Salad here; it looks decent hence 2nd star.
